Andrew J. Cunniff is an accomplished, multi-jurisdictional practitioner who prides himself on finding solutions to the most complex legal challenges. Andrew regularly serves as lead counsel at trials, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings, and he navigates his clients through significant negotiations, business transactions, and corporate and personal planning. 

Highlights of Andrew’s work include obtaining successful reversals of three cases on appeal, obtaining a 100% verdict at trial as lead plaintiff’s counsel, obtaining a zero-liability verdict at trial as lead defense counsel, and completing millions of dollars in commercial transactions and negotiated agreements.
