A middle child of eight in a family from Plain, Wisconsin (Pop. 773) – and son of the beloved town physician with his trademark Ukrainian lilt and wisdom – John’s interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills have allowed him to successfully negotiate conflicts without litigation where years-long legal disputes seemed inevitable.
