Dani Scudder joins Galarnyk & Associates as an Associate Attorney. She earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, an Honors Degree, and minors in Business and History from Villanova University.

Throughout her legal career, Dani has gained experience handling a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.

During law school, Dani served as Intake Coordinator for Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s Education Law Clinic and as a brief writer for the ABA Moot Court Team. She also gained hands-on litigation experience as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eve Reilly in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and as a Certified Mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution. Through her clerkships at Hoogendoorn & Talbot and Prairie State Legal Services, Dani developed practical experience in commercial and civil disputes, including contract, estate planning, tax, and landlord-tenant matters.

Dani is passionate about effective advocacy grounded in understanding and meeting her clients’ needs and is committed to delivering dedicated legal counsel.
